Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will lead the web development team and collaborate with internal teams to build high-quality, innovative software that meets medical standards and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

 

As the Lead Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Development Team: Manage a team of 3-5 engineers.
  • Task Execution: Prioritize and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Project Leadership: Direct and oversee software development projects.
  • Web Application Development: Design and develop scalable web applications.
  • Bug Fixing and Optimization: Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
  • Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure all projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Software Engineer or Backend Developer, with 2+ years of experience leading teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in web architecture and at least one programming language (preferably PHP or Java).
  • Database Expertise: Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, Mongo, ElasticSearch).
  • Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI workflows.
  • Problem Solving: Passion for writing scalable and performant code.
  • Educational Background: BSc in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
 
Additional Skills (Plus)
  • Experience with project collaboration tools like Atlassian Jira.
  • Familiarity with microservices frameworks.

DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer, you will:

  • Production Environment Management: Set up and maintain Linux cloud infrastructure.
  • System Management: Oversee network infrastructure and ensure secure, reliable operations.
  • Software Deployment: Deploy updates, maintain production systems, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Support & Security: Provide Level 2 technical support and address cybersecurity threats.
  • Automation & Monitoring: Administer CI/CD tools, optimize system performance, and ensure system safety.
 

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 4+ years in Linux-based infrastructure and 3+ years with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud services.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git and related tools.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in system architecture and web server/load balancer technologies.
  • Education: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

For the Backend Engineer position, we require:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer or Backend Developer.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PHP, particularly with Laravel, and web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  • Database Expertise: Solid experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
