The “EU Support for the Competitiveness of Kosovo’s ICT Sector” project team has conducted a survey aiming to identify gaps between the available technical skills of the current ICT sector in Kosovo and the required skills to become more competitive in the business world and to define the main training topics/courses to be provided to people with digital and business skills in order to activate the skills supply for the ICT labour market and to put the improved skills in effective use.
