The ICT for Kosovo’s Growth project  has officially trained 3,103 young people across Kosovo in the past ten semesters, delivering a major boost to the country’s growing tech ecosystem.

292 trainees (92 females and 54 males from Prishtina alone) completed Semester 10, with participants trained in high-demand areas such as:

  • Python Programming (102 trainees)

  • Web Development Professional (91 trainees)

  • Big Data Analytics, AI, Cybersecurity, and more

The training reached seven major regions, with Prishtina, Mitrovicë, and Gjilan being the top contributors. Impressively, female participation surpassed male in several areas, showing positive trends in gender inclusion.

Notably, in the last two semesters, female certification rates exceeded male:

  • Semester 9: 53% female certified vs. 47% male

  • Semester 10: 56% female certified vs. 44% male
