The ICT for Kosovo’s Growth project continues to demonstrate its impact not only in training delivery but also in bridging the gap between education and employment. Many interns secured jobs following the completion of courses highlighting the effectiveness in boosting employability in the ICT sector.
Post-Internship Employment Outcomes
15 interns were successfully employed by their host companies,
4 interns found employment in other companies, showing that the skills and experience gained during internships translated well into broader industry opportunities.
21 interns are currently awaiting confirmation or status updates regarding their employment situation.
These figures underscore the programme’s dual focus on technical training and practical experience, making participants job-ready upon completion.
