A total of 297 trainees took part in the programme, with 240 successfully certified, marking a high certification rate of over 80%. Notably, female participants comprised 56% of all certified trainees, continuing a positive trend in promoting gender balance in tech-related fields.

Key Highlights by Module:

  • Big Data and Analytics / Cloud Computing saw 57 trained, of whom 48 were certified. A remarkable 71% of certified participants were female.

  • Python Programming had the largest enrolment, with 85 trained and 63 certified, maintaining a healthy gender split (57% female).

  • Web Development Professional also attracted high participation, with 73 trained and 62 certified, 52% of whom were women.

  • Cybersecurity Professional showed strong male dominance (65% male certified), but still achieved an impressive certification rate of 95%.

  • Artificial Intelligence, though with a smaller group (24 trained), maintained perfect gender parity in training (50%-50%) and a 59% female certification rate.

  • Enterprise Java and Mobile, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity collectively involved 58 trainees, showing consistent interest and successful outcomes.

This semester’s outcomes reflect a continued commitment to high-quality training, gender inclusivity, and preparation of Kosovo’s youth for the demands of the digital economy.
