The 7th Semester Certification Award Ceremony recognized 198 trainees who completed the 300-hour advanced ICT training program. This program covered seven specialized modules. Experienced international and local trainers led the sessions. Trainees who successfully passed the final exam received their certificates. The participants included students, graduates (Bachelor and Master levels), and professionals from various fields, such as software development, database management, cybersecurity, IT management, and data analysis.
The event was organized by the “ICT for Kosovo’s Growth” project team. It brought together business partners, trainers, and trainees. Over 270 people attended, including managers from the ICT industry and representatives from other projects and organizations.
Several ICT companies set up stands at the event to discuss internship and employment opportunities with certified trainees.
The ceremony was honored by the participation of President HE. Vjosa Osmani, Deputy Minister of Economy Getoar Mjeku, EU Ambassador Tomas Szunyog, and Mayor of Prishtina Përparim Rama.
Grigoris Kontzoglou, the Team Leader of the Project, presented the project’s achievements and future plans. Meanwhile, Ahmet Jetullahu-Meti, the Communication Expert, shared details about launching a unique internship scheme in partnership with ICT and digital sector businesses.
Finally, three trainees delivered motivational speeches. One of the project trainers also gave a speech.
