About the Training

The project aims to support the growth of Kosovo’s ICT sector by offering training courses designed to improve both digital and business skills. These courses help strengthen the ICT labor market while enhancing the competitiveness of both digital and traditional businesses. Ultimately, the goal is to foster economic growth and create new job opportunities.

 

ICT Skills Development Training

After successfully completing four semesters (rounds) of ICT Skills Development Training, which benefited 1,238 individuals, the project now introduces a specialized training focused on Business Development and Global Marketing Strategies. This training aims to further enhance the business and management skills of individuals who completed the previous ICT skills courses.

 

Training Curriculum

The training curriculum is tailored to reflect domestic and global IT market trends, addressing current needs in business development, management for ICT businesses, and global marketing strategies.

 

Training Modules

The training is divided into two key modules:

  • Module I: Start-ups: From Entrepreneurship to Idea Management and Implementation (16 hours)

  • Module II: Empowering Marketing, Business, and Financial Planning Models (24 hours)

The training on  “Business development and global marketing strategies” is free of charge and will help you by developing your skills, specific knowledge on business development, global marketing, and grow your confidence to take the next steps in your career. Participants who will attend at least 50% of the sessions will receive Certificate.

 

Who Can Apply?

The training is open to successful ICT graduates who participated in the ICT training under the “EU Support for the Competitiveness of Kosovo’s ICT Sector” project. To be eligible, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Training dates:

The training will be carried out on November 2022, 4 hours course per day (from 17:00-21:00), max. 2 days per week. 40 hours of training.

About Davide Branco

Davide Branco holds a Laurea (Advanced degree) in Economic Policy from Italy and an MSc in Corporate Governance from the UK. With over 35 years of experience in various roles, he is an expert in SME International Development and Training. His career includes roles such as Marketing & Export Manager, Export & Marketing Consultant, Project Manager, Team Leader, Program Manager, Senior Lecturer, Visiting Professor, Senior Capacity Building Expert, Senior SME Expert, Senior Entrepreneurship Expert, and Senior Employment Expert in national and large EU-funded projects.

Davide has designed and delivered numerous capacity-building activities and training programs in SME Development, Business, Management, and Entrepreneurship for diverse groups such as Unemployed individuals, Managers, Youth, Women, Business Service Managers, Public Officials, Start-ups, SMEs, Entrepreneurs, and Social Entrepreneurs.

In addition to his professional expertise, Davide has complemented his career with an academic role as a Senior Lecturer and Visiting Professor in strategic management and entrepreneurship. He has designed Master’s level curricula and authored booklets and seminar papers on entrepreneurship and development. His memberships in various SME associations and councils further enhance his profile.
